GK AGRO Cricket League Tournament Rules & Policies

1. Player Eligibility

• Players must be between 18 years and 28 years of age at the time of registration.
• Players must possess a valid Aadhaar Card for identity verification and comply with the Identity Verification Policy.
• Players must submit accurate and complete personal information during registration.
• Registration fees once paid are non-refundable.
• Players must follow all tournament rules and maintain fair play standards throughout the competition.

2. Team Guidelines

• Each team must register with a designated Captain and Vice-Captain.
• Teams must submit the complete player list before the registration deadline specified by the organizers.
• Players in each team should be minimum of 11 players and maximum of 16 players.
• Teams are expected to maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

3. Match Guidelines

• Decisions made by the umpires shall be final and binding.
• Match schedules may be modified due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any misconduct by players or team officials may result in suspension or disqualification from the tournament.
• Teams that fail to report on time may be subject to a walkover decision at the discretion of the organizers.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

Participants must:

• Respect opponents, match officials, organizers, volunteers, and spectators.
• Refrain from using abusive language, engaging in physical altercations, or displaying unsportsmanlike behavior.
• Avoid the possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances during tournament activities.
• Understand that any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal, suspension, or disqualification from the tournament.

5. Registration Terms

• Registration is considered valid only after successful payment verification.
• GK Agro Organic Services reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• An individual can be registered maximum in 1 team + 1 single registration. Avoid duplicate team registration or duplicate single registration.

6. Tournament Management

• GK Agro Organic Services reserves the right to amend, modify, or update tournament rules whenever necessary.
• Organizers may reschedule, postpone, or modify match schedules due to weather conditions, venue availability, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
• All participants must comply with tournament rules, instructions, and decisions issued by the organizers throughout the event.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. If the tournament is cancelled by GK Agro Organic Services before commencement due to unavoidable circumstances, administrative reasons, or failure to organize the event, registered participants shall be eligible for a refund.
2. In such cases, up to 100% of the registration fee may be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway, banking, or processing charges, if any.
3. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the official cancellation announcement.
4. If the tournament is postponed, registrations will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Participants may request a refund within the period specified by the organizers.
5. No refund shall be provided if a participant voluntarily withdraws after successful registration.
6. The decision of GK Agro Organic Services regarding cancellation, postponement, and refund processing shall be final and binding.

8. Identity Verification Policy

• All participant details submitted during registration must exactly match the details on the participant's Aadhaar Card, including:
  • Full Name (in the same order as printed on the Aadhaar Card)
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender (if applicable)
  • Any other information requested during registration
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and matches their Aadhaar Card. Any incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched information may result in registration rejection or disqualification from the tournament.
• The organizers will verify participant details before the tournament and/or before the participant's match. If the submitted registration details do not match the participant's original Aadhaar Card, the participant may be disqualified without any refund of the registration fee.
• Every participant must carry their original Aadhaar Card on all match days for identity verification. Photocopies, scanned copies, screenshots, or digital images may not be accepted unless otherwise permitted by the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to request identity verification at any stage of the tournament.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

• Personal information submitted during registration can be used for tournament administration, communication, and for our future upcoming platforms (only for providing any discounts or anything if applicable for our own products). This can be changed by the organizers at any time.
• Participant information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or for tournament operations.
• By registering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their information for tournament purposes.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• Participants acknowledge that they participate in the tournament at their own risk.
• GK Agro Organic Services shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the tournament, except where required by applicable law.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
